Use the casino software to make all your withdrawals.
Click the 'Cashier' button on the main screen of the software, choose the method of withdrawal that you want;
then enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the space provided.
Your withdrawal will be recorded with us immediately.
The minimum withdrawal is $40.
We can send a maximum of $2000 per week.
Any amount greater than $2000 is divided (no part can be larger than $2000)
and sent on consecutive weeks until the total amount has been delivered.
First time withdrawals and changes to payment instructions are subject to clearance by our Security Department.
This can take between 5-10 business days. You will be informed by e-mail when we send out your winnings.
All first time withdrawers are required to complete and return the faxback form before any funds will be released.

We are only able to make money transfers between Monday and Thursday:
This is due to the fact that banks that work with us are closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Should you make a withdrawal request on any of these days,
the transaction will only be carried out by our accounting department on the next business working day.
